Standardized pallets: EPAL 800×1200- 1000x 1200 (No F-042), CP pallets for chemical industry (No. APME 176), VMF pallets for the glass industry.

Standard pallets: 800 x 1200, 1000 x 1200, 600 x 800 and 600 x 1000 (heavy / medium heavy / light)

American GMA pallets 1219 x 1016 mm.

Pallets following specific specifications of the customer loads.

Glass box pallets 1200 x 1000 x 1000 for bottle storage.

Drying

We have 9 artificial drying cells (capacity 12 200 pallets)
We adapt the dry content to customer demand within the constraints of his profession.

In addition to dry, our dryers meet the standards for heat treatment (Nimp 15 / Ismp 15)
Dry pallets are stored in ventilated sheds and carried in taut-liner trucks.

Conception / Development

Load calculation software allows us to study and then offer a suitable pallet and design for your needs and specifications.

Buffer stock

Besides the most standards references (EPAL, VMF, CP, and GMA pallets) for which we have a permanent stock, we hold a specific buffer stock in the context of annual markets.

Export approval

We are able to provide the necessary treatments and certifications (treatment high temperature heat (Nimp 15/ISPM 15) chemical impregnation in autoclave) for your export to Australia, China, USA…

Identification

Your pallets can be identified in different forms:
– Fire marking (integrated on our automatics lines)
– Paint on the sides of the palettes to the colour of your choice
– Manufacturing traceability

Logistics

We have our own distribution network (semi trucks and flatbed trailers, large trucks trailers taut-liner volume) for better responsiveness.
Our charter allows us to deliver your pallets to the four corners of France and neighboring countries.
